Joining Fee

The clubs joining fee is a one off payment of £50. This can be paid in cash or preferably by bank transfer.

Insurance

All students must be insured to take part in classes after their initial trial class. This cost is included in your joining fee.

Cancellation Policy

Bushin London operates a one calendar month cancellation period

This means the contract will end on the last day of the month following you providing notice that you intend to leave the club.

Please note; it does not matter if you cancel at the start of the month or at the end of the month. The cancellation period starts on the 1st of the month following your cancellation notice (Example: if you contact us to cancel on August 3rd your cancellation period starts on September 1st and the contract ends on September 30th). You may of course continue to attend the club during your cancellation period.

Please also note that the club does not issue refunds for non attendance.

TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP

Bushin may terminate a Membership without notice and with immediate effect if:

• The Members behaviour is considered unacceptable by the instructor either repeatedly or because of one serious breach;

• Any due fees remain unpaid after any request for payment;

• Bushin is of the opinion (acting in its discretion) that the Member is not suitable for continued Membership;

• The Member puts the health, safety or well-being of ANY Instructor, Members or Guests at risk.

All decisions made by the Instructor under this clause are final and binding.

Bushin is unlikely to accept a new application for Membership from someone whose Membership has been terminated in accordance with this clause and no fees will be refunded.
